If you’re looking for a quick dinner idea, I got you! This meal comes together really quick and only requires a few ingredients. The colourful vegetables and tender beef are coated with taco seasoning and baked to perfection then wrapped up in a tortilla shell and topped with salsa and cheese!

HOW DO I MAKE IT?
You’ll start by slicing the beef into thin strips. I like to use tenderloin for this recipe but sirloin or flank steak will also work.
Next, you’ll slice 2 bell peppers, your choice of colour. I like to use different colours since it looks pretty on the pan and gives a sweet flavour.
Then you’ll slice a red onion into thin slices and then add everything to your sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil and season with your favourite taco seasoning and then you’ll bake it in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.

WHAT TO SERVE FAJITAS WITH?
We like to use flour tortillas in my home. These are great served with:
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Cheese
- Guacamole
- Corn salad
