Hummus is a staple in my home. It shows up on the dinner table pretty much daily. Since I love hummus so much, I decided to make a red pepper hummus and WOW, so delicious! Because I’m all about quick and easy meals, I use pre made roasted red pepper from the grocery store. They are packed with flavour and you don’t have to worry about the extra steps! Hope you try it out and love it as much as we do!

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 roasted red pepper (from a jar)
Instructions
Boil chickpeas for 5 minutes to soften, drain, allow to cool.
In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until combined and smooth.
For a smoother consistency, add 1-2 tbsp more water until desired consistency.
