Crispy chicken wings that are BAKED not fried! The secret to get these wings crispy is by adding a little baking powder to the breading. They will come out perfect each time! Don’t forget to toss them with your favourite sauce and grab a stack of napkins cause once you have one, you’ll be heading back for another right away!

Ingredients
5lbs chicken wings 1/2 cup flour 1 tbsp baking powder Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450° Line baking sheet with foil then parchment paper In a bowl coat wings with flour and baking powder Shake off excess flour, arrange wings in a single layer on parchment paper Sprinkle with salt & pepper Bake for 15 min, flip, bake again for 15 min, flip again and bake for a further 15 min for a total of 45 min Allow wings to cool for 10 min on baking sheet then place wings in a bowl and toss with your favourite hot sauce Serve with ranch dressing, carrot and celery sticks
