The perfect weeknight dinner! This is one of my go-to recipes when I’m short on time for dinner. It comes together really quick and the whole family will love it!
You can use any type of pasta for this. I like to use jarred pasta sauce for this which helps get the food on the table quicker. Feel free to use whatever pasta sauce you like. The best thing about this meal is it’s all cooked in one pot. I cook the pasta then drain and set aside. Then, in the same pot I sauté the onion with ground beef then add the pasta back into the pot along with the pasta sauce. Hooray for less dishes!
This meal is really versatile. If you want to make it cheesy, throw in some shredded mozzarella cheese and give it a mix. If you want to add some vegetables, sautéed carrot or chopped zucchini would be great in here as well. The ideas are endless!
