Fall is my favourite season and this apple cobbler is perfect for those cozy nights! I used premade cinnamon buns to cut the bake and prep time. Trust me when I say, you’ll be fighting over the last piece! At least, we did in our house. Be sure to sneak a few bites when nobody is looking, that’s what I did – sssshh that’ll be our little secret!

Ingredients
4 apples, peeled & sliced
⅓ cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tubes Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
Cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° In a skillet, melt butter. Add apple slices, sugar & cinnamon. Once sugar has melted, in a small bowl mix cornstarch & water to create a slurry and pour over apples. Stir the apples until the sauce has thickened then remove from heat. Spray baking dish with cooking spray then add apples, set aside. Open the cinnamon roll tube and cut each roll into 6 bite size pieces. Cover the apples with the cinnamon roll pieces. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until the cinnamon roll pieces are cooked through and golden brown. Enjoy warm.
