Chocolatey, fluffy and moist. This is the only banana bread recipe you’ll need! It comes together in about 5 minutes and the outcome is delicious! I use this same recipe for my banana muffins. It’s such an easy recipe! I start out by mashing the bananas then add the wet ingredients. Dry ingredients go into the same bowl after that and gets mixed in to create a thick batter. Try not to over mix the batter, it will make for a fluffy and moist banana bread.
This is a nut-free version but if you like a little crunch, simply add about 3/4 cup chopped walnuts when mixing in the chocolate chips.
