Cheesy beef sliders that will please a crowd!
It may be just me, but isn’t food in a miniature form so much more fun to eat? I’ve been making these mini sandwiches for years and the kids can’t get enough. #momwin! Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Ingredients
4 sirloin steaks, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 peppers, sliced
3 tbsp mayonnaise
6 slices provolone cheese
1 tbsp steak seasoning
1 Butter buns
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°
In a skillet, heat olive oil then add beef strips with steak seasoning.
While the beef is cooking, add onions and peppers.
Cook through and set aside.
Slice the bun in half. Spread mayonnaise on the bun. Add beef & veggies. Layer it with provolone cheese. Close with top bun.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Serve warm.
