These easy Beef Shawarma bowls are healthy, easy to make and full of flavour, you won’t miss the bread!
Shawarma is on a weekly repeat in my house. My kids love it and I do too! It’s easy to make and the flavours are amazing! This time around I ditched the bread and took everything you’d put into a shawarma salad and put it into a bowl. The tahini dressing finishes it off with that amazing nutty flavour! Yum! To make it even easier, I use store bought Shawarma spice, you can find it in most grocery stores.
This recipe is for 2 people but if you’re looking for more, simple double or triple the ingredients.

For the Salad:
1 small romaine lettuce head, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced

Mix dressing ingredients in a mason jar or bowl and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.
In a skillet on high heat, add beef shawarma.
