I am not a seafood eater, but husband loves salmon and only gets to eat it when we dine out. I decided I will try and cook it for him. As always i turned to Jenan’s page for the recipe. It was so easy and quick to make, and the smell of the garlic and butter made my mouth water that I actually ate it too!! And what is even more surprising is that I LOVED it!! My three year old also enjoyed it. I will definitely be making it again.
