This meal brings me back to my childhood. My mom used to make it often and now I make it often for my munchkins. The light breading gives a slight crisp while the inside remains juicy and delicious!
The best thing about this meal is that it comes together quick and it cooks on a sheet pan which makes cleanup a breeze!

Ingredients
10 chicken drumsticks
2 chicken breast
5 potatoes cut in quarters
2 cups bread crumbs
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°
Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread vegetable oil onto foil; set aside
In a resealable bag, add breadcrumbs with spices
Add chicken into the bag; seal then shake around to coat the chicken: place coated chicken on baking sheet
Add potatoes to the bag, repeat process and place potatoes around the chicken, flesh side down
Bake covered for roughly 1 hour, remove cover and bake for 5-10 further minutes to crisp up a little more
Enjoy!
