I love it and if you haven’t tried it with fig jam before, you’re missing out! The sweetness of the jam pairs perfectly with the cheese. Crunchy walnuts and a hint of rosemary take this appetizer to the next level!
This appetizer comes together really quick! If you have guests coming over, I suggest popping it into the oven after they arrive. That way you’ll have a freshly baked brie that is warm and oozing with cheesy goodness!
1 200g brie cheese
2 tbsp fig jam
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 sprig of rosemary
Preheat oven to 375°
Place brie an oven safe dish or cast iron skillet
Spread jam over the surface
Top with walnuts
Bake for 10 minutes
Sprinkle with fresh rosemary
Serve warm with crackers or bread
