These air fried cauliflower bites are great for a low carb and tasty side dish to any meal.
I love cauliflower! It’s one of those vegetables that take on any flavour really well. Growing up in a Lebanese household, I remember my mom deep frying them and they would come out super crispy and so good when dipped in ketchup! Today, I’m switching gears and keeping it healthy by using the air fryer. They turn out delicious and just as crispy!
WHAT IS AIR FRIED CAULIFLOWER?
It’s cauliflower that is cut into florets, seasoned and cooked in the air fryer until golden and crispy.

HOW DO I MAKE IT?
You’ll start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees. Then you’ll cut the cauliflower into florets. Next, you’ll place them into a large bowl and add the oil and seasonings and toss to combine. Once the air fryer has reached 400 degrees, you’ll add the florets to the air fryer basket. You’ll want to do fry them in batches as to not over crowd the basket. You’ll cook for 10 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 10 minutes, then flip for a final time and cook for 5 minutes.
While they’re cooking, you can prepare the dipping sauce by adding the dipping sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mixing to combine.

Ingredients
1 cauliflower head
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
For the dipping sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
½ tsp mustard
